Android APKs are split by CPU architecture: most recent phones should use arm64-v8a, older 32-bit devices use armeabi-v7a, and universal is the safe pick if you're unsure. When installing an APK downloaded from your browser, Android will prompt to "Install unknown apps" — just allow it for your browser.

Mihomo is the successor to the Clash Meta core, and this section provides the bare core binary for servers, routers, and command-line environments — you'll need to write your own config file and run it from the command line or as a system service. Desktop and mobile users should just use the GUI clients above, which already bundle the core.

Open-source clients usually don't have a paid commercial code-signing certificate, so SmartScreen flags them as coming from an "unknown publisher." Click "More info," then "Run anyway" to continue — the rest of the install works just like any other app.
